As a SEND Teaching Assistant you will be supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis in a classroom environment. To start ASAP in a long term opportunity this newly created role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEND TA to add value, support and get real job satisfaction.
The role of a special needs teaching assistant requires you to support the pupils or a pupil with special needs and work closely alongside the classroom teacher with planning, assessments and the children's progress. i.e. ADHD, ASD, attachment issues or SEMH, depending on the pupil.
