Teaching Assistant - Science Graduate

You will be supporting in Science lessons, supporting students of all abilities. The school is proud to be an inclusive school and wants all its students to achieve their very best. You will be working with both high-achieving students aiming for A*'s and Russel Group Universities, as well as supporting SEND needs (ASD, ADHD, Speech, Language and Communication)
This Teaching Assistant - Science Graduate role is a full-time position, providing dedicated support to a variety of students through-out the Science Department. You will be working closely with the teachers to support the students during lessons, as well as working with students in small interventions outside of the classroom on a 1:1 basis.
This role is perfect for aspiring Science Teachers who are looking to gain valuable experience in the classroom before going on to Teacher Training or a PGCE.

Providing support to SEND and SEHM students (ASD, ADHD, Anxiety etc.)
Conducting 1:1 and group support sessions during classes to target areas of academic weakness
