At Vision for Education, we are always looking for teaching assistants who have a passion for education and providing support to children.

The role would have you working in fantastic schools located in the Rhondda area. As part of your role you will be closely involved in the support of the pupils in the classroom and supporting the teacher. It is a fantastic and rewarding opportunity for the right individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with pupils 1:1 or on a small group basis to help them engage with their learning and provide extra support.
    Help support the teacher with classroom management and various other tasks.
    Supervise the pupils and report on work progress.
    General administrative work
What we expect from you:

Be passionate and enthusiastic about working in education.
    An interest in supporting pupils with their learning and helping them overcome any barriers to education.
    Good standard of education (GCSE English and Maths at Grade C or above)
    The ability to manage challenging behaviour professionally and in a positive manner.
    IT Proficient
