Teaching Assistant- Reading
Do you want to support young people and help them thrive into their full potential? This role will allow you to gain valuable experience in education simultaneously with having a significant impact on young people's personal and educational development.
Academics is in partnership with a number of high-achieving Secondary Schools across Reading to join their teams
The Teaching Assistant role:
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Supporting individuals or small groups who require extra support
Reinforce learning by explaining tasks and concepts
Encourage students to maintain focus
Support students outside the classroom where necessary
Promoting positive behaviour in line with the school's policyJob details:
