GSL Education are currently seeking passionate and dedicated individuals for the role of Teaching Assistant - Primary in Manchester. This role is an exceptional opportunity for those who wish to make a significant impact in the early stages of children's education.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in delivering engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all pupils.
Provide support to individual students with their learning, under the direction of the class teacher.
Work collaboratively with the teaching team to plan educational activities.
Facilitate a safe and positive learning environment for all students.
Participate in school meetings and training sessions.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 weeks experience in UK schools or a UK degree related to education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A genuine passion for working with children and contributing to their academic and personal development.
The ability to work flexibly and adaptively in a dynamic classroom environment.
