Responsibilities:

1. Classroom Support: Assist teachers, set up classroom materials, participate in activities

2. Resource Management: Organise materials for efficient learning in a fun yet challenging way.

3. Individualised Support: Work 1:1 or in small groups with students (supporting with math and english at primary level)

4. Communication: Collaborate with children, teachers, parents, and team members.

Qualifications:

* Transferable Skills: Diverse backgrounds welcome. If you have the drive and passion to work with children and perhaps come from a care background, have children of your own, sports background, have personal experiences with SEND, we are excited to hear from you

* Adaptability: Flexible to different teaching styles and student needs and th eability to adapt to different situations
