I C Talent is looking for caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a range of mainstream primary and secondary schools.

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you'll work alongside experienced teachers and school staff to support pupils in the classroom, assist with learning activities and help create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.

The Role
As a Supply Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include:
* Supporting pupils with their learning and classroom activities.
* Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and the delivery of engaging lessons.
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.
* Helping pupils develop their confidence, independence and social skills.
* Supporting pupils to understand and complete classroom tasks.
* Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a focused learning environment.
* Helping to create a safe, welcoming and inclusive classroom.
* Preparing classroom resources and learning materials.
* Supporting pupils during break times, lunch times and other school activities where required.
* Working closely with teachers and other school staff to meet pupils' learning needs.
* Adapting to different school environments and following each school's policies and procedures.
