Supply Personnel are recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work within a school in Hinckley, supporting pupils across KS2.
This is a long-term opportunity and would suit an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a consistent role within a school. We are also happy to hear from candidates with relevant experience working with children who are looking to develop their career in education.
The Role:
* Support pupils with their learning and development
* Provide classroom support to the class teacher
* Work with pupils individually and in small groups where required
* Help maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
* Support with classroom activities and day-to-day tasks
* Follow school policies and safeguarding procedures
We're Looking For:
* Previous experience working with children is preferred
* Experience within a school or educational setting is beneficial
* A reliable, patient and positive approach
* Good communication skills
* The ability to work well as part of a team
* A genuine interest in supporting children's learning
