SEN Teaching Assistant
April 2024 startI am currently looking for a SEN teaching assistant to join a mainstream primary school on a long-term contract to start in April 15th. This role is until the end of the academic year and for the right SEN teaching assistant has the opportunity to go permanent!
The primary school I am working with is rated “OUTSTANDING” by Ofsted located in the heart of Haringey with great transportation links around it.
The role involves working 1:1 with a child based in key stage 1 who has mild special educational needs including ASD. The ideal SEN teaching assistant will have previous experience working in either a mainstream primary school or special needs school and have previous experience working 1:1 with SEN children.
Requirements:
DBS on the update service or happy to get one
Previous experience in a primary school
