Teaching Assistant Jobs - St Helens Secondary Schools
Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting Teaching Assistants for a number of secondary schools across St Helens.
Due to high demand from our partner schools, we are looking to speak with experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants and education professionals who are available for work across the St Helens borough.
Opportunities include long-term Teaching Assistant positions, fixed-term assignments and ongoing education support roles, with schools looking for candidates who can make a genuine difference to pupils' learning, progress and wellbeing.
Teaching Assistant Opportunities
Roles may involve:
Supporting pupils across KS3 and KS4
One-to-one and small-group intervention
Supporting pupils with SEND and additional needs
Working alongside classroom teachers
Reinforcing learning and completing targeted interventions
Supporting pupils with behaviour and engagement
Developing pupils' confidence and independence
Providing pastoral and emotional support
Helping pupils access the curriculum
