Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development within a positive and engaging school environment.

The Role:
Supporting pupils across the primary age range
Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management
Supporting pupils with varying learning needs
The Ideal Candidate:

✅ Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery or childcare setting

✅ A positive, proactive and nurturing approach

✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills

✅ Passionate about helping children achieve their full potential

✅ Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
