Aspire People are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Kings Heath. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development within a positive and engaging school environment.
The Role:
Supporting pupils across the primary age range
Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
Providing 1:1 and small group intervention support
Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management
Supporting pupils with varying learning needs and abilities
Encouraging pupil confidence, independence, and engagement in learning
The Ideal Candidate:
✅ Previous experience working with children in a school, nursery, or childcare setting
✅ A positive, proactive, and nurturing approach
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✅ Passionate about helping children achieve their full potential
✅ Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
