Simply Education is looking for friendly, dependable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools in Bourne and nearby areas.

What you'll do:
Assist teachers with lessons and classroom activities.
Support pupils individually and in small groups.
Encourage positive behaviour and social development.
Help maintain a welcoming and inclusive classroom.
Support children with additional learning needs where appropriate.
What we're looking for:
Previous experience working with children is beneficial.
A patient, calm and encouraging manner.
Good communication and organisational skills.
