Teaching Assistant - Early Years (Nursery/Reception)

SANZA Teaching Agency is working in partnership with a large, well regarded primary school in Barking & Dagenham. They are seeking that dedicated teaching assistants to join their early years (nursery/reception).
Further details:
The role will be a combination of 1:1 support for students with Autism, as well as
general classroom assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support for key students with additional needs
Support learning through play-based and structured activities
Assist with the development of early literacy, phonics, and numeracy skills
Helping to maintain a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
Assisting with observations and tracking pupil progress
About You:
Have previous experience as a teaching assistant in early years setting, such as nursery or reception
Have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), particularly Autism
Be patient, empathic, and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills
Work effectively as part of a team while building positive relationships with children and staffNext steps:
