Special Needs Teaching Assistant required for a highly respected specialist school in Hounslow supporting pupils aged 4-19 with ASD, SLD and complex learning needs.
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Special Needs Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team in Hounslow. This Special Needs Teaching Assistant position would suit an individual with recent SEN school experience who is passionate about supporting children and young people with complex needs.
As a Special Needs Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside teachers, therapists and pastoral staff to deliver exceptional support both inside and outside the classroom. The successful Special Needs Teaching Assistant will support communication, sensory regulation, social development and personalised learning programmes.
This Special Needs Teaching Assistant role in Hounslow requires:
Recent experience as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant within a special school setting
Experience supporting pupils with ASD, SLD or PMLD
Strong behaviour management skills
