Job description: We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistants to join our team on an ad hoc basis during exam periods in Crewe. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students during their exams, providing assistance and encouragement to ensure they can perform to the best of their abilities.
Key responsibilities:
Assist students with exam preparation and organisation.
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students who require additional assistance.
Supervise exam rooms and ensure that all exam regulations are followed.
Offer emotional support and reassurance to students during exam periods.
Collaborate with teaching staff and exam invigilators to create a supportive and conducive exam environment.Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide support to students during stressful situations.
