This is an incredibly rewarding opportunity where no two days are the same. You'll help students build confidence, develop independence, overcome barriers to learning, and celebrate achievements that truly matter. Whether it's helping a student engage in learning, develop social skills, manage their emotions, or achieve a personal milestone, you'll play a vital part in their journey.

If you're patient, resilient, and passionate about helping young people thrive, this could be the career opportunity you've been looking for.

Supporting students with their learning, emotional wellbeing, and personal development.

Building trusted relationships that help students feel safe, valued, and confident.

Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and meaningful learning experiences.

Encouraging independence, resilience, and positive behaviour.

Delivering targeted support and interventions to help students overcome barriers to learning.

Creating a nurturing environment where every student can achieve their potential.

What We’re Looking For

GCSE English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent required.

Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a SEND, care, education, or support setting.

Is patient, resilient, and able to remain calm in challenging situations.

Can build positive relationships and inspire confidence in young people.

Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Is passionate about making a genuine difference to students' lives every day.
