The School:
A reputable Haddenham primary school is in need of a motivated Teaching Assistant. The school strives to produce happy children who like learning and exhibit compassion, courage, ambition, and respect. At an inclusive school where all backgrounds and beliefs are welcomed and embraced, pupils are constantly encouraged to broaden their awareness through multiple school outings.
Primary Teaching Assistants (TAs) are in charge of offering learning support to individuals and groups while assisting teaching staff, with a focus on encouraging students to actively participate in learning and classroom activities.
The Job – Teaching Assistant:
To assist the main teacher to passionately inspire KS1/2 to pupils guided by the national curriculum
To help tailor lessons for different learning styles and abilities in order to engage pupils to succeed to the best of their ability
To assist in the planning and marking when required
Help the main teacher to maintain classroom
Main subjects which will require covering include, Maths, English and Science.
Requirements:
Experience working in primary schools
To have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom
Have outstanding classroom management and engagement
To be professional and a good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Previous experience with KS1/2 curriculum
