Trainee Primary Teaching Assistant Wanted
£83.85 per day
Pat-time and Full-time hours available
Ammanford/Carmarthen region
Typical duties include:
helping pupils with their learning, often with a particular focus on maths, reading and writing
Supporting children with ALN on a 1:1 basis
supervising group activities
setting up equipment for lessons and keeping classrooms safe and tidy
helping develop programmes of learning activities and adapting appropriate materials
motivating and encouraging pupils
monitoring and recording children’s behaviour and progress
helping with school events, trips and activities.
What is required to work in a school
DBS enhanced child workforce (we can help you get this)
EWC Registration (we can help you get this)
5 x GCSE’s A-C or equivalent.
Experience working with children in an educational or caring capacity.
Own means of transport.
Willingness to work in different locations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
