Are you passionate about working with children and looking to start or continue a career within education? We’re currently looking for friendly, reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work within a number of lovely primary schools across Saundersfoot and the surrounding areas.

The role will involve:
• Supporting children within the classroom on a 1-to-1 basis or in small groups
• Helping to create a positive, supportive and engaging learning environment
• Working with pupils across the Foundation Phase, KS1 and KS2
• Supporting children with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
• Working closely with teachers and school staff to support pupils both academically and emotionally
What we’re looking for:
• Experience working with children, either in schools or other settings
• A caring, patient and positive attitude
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children and helping them grow in confidence
No formal qualifications? That’s absolutely fine. Some of the best people we place into schools are those with transferable skills, the right attitude, and a real passion for working with children.
