Description:
First for Education are seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work at one of our client primary schools in Worcester.
The successful candidate will be required to work as general class cover as well as with small groups or 1-1.
The successful candidate needs to be encouraging and engaging when working 1-1 with students and have a strong knowledge of the primary education sector. The role offers flexibility for those wanting to work in education.
What we are looking for in a potential candidate:
* They will hold the relevant teaching assistant qualifications. (Level 2 or higher)
* They will be enthusiastic and encouraging when working in small groups, or 1-1.
* They will be someone who is quick to build strong relationships with students and teachers.
* They will be able to assist in maintaining good classroom behaviour.
* They with have an enhanced DBS on the update service ideally (if not you will need to have a new check completed).
