Teaching Assistant Role Requirements:

A real desire to help children engage, learn and achieve their full potential
Promote a positive 'can do' classroom, encouraging independence, confidence and self belief
Adaptable, approachable, proactive and reliable
Happy to travel to schools in Redditch, Studley and/or within reasonable proximity
Completion of our free registration and safeguarding process, including ID, DBS and referencing checksPrevious UK experience of working (paid or voluntary) with children (teaching, TA, tutoring, coaching, childcare etc) or a relevant qualification is beneficial. However I'm happy to discuss your individual aspirations
