As an SEN Teaching Assistant, provide 1:1 support to a Year 5 student, focusing on their individual educational needs.
Work closely with the class teacher and other staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment to support the student's academic and social development.
Facilitate both one-on-one and group activities, ensuring the student is fully engaged and supported.
Be proactive in addressing the student's needs, providing consistent and empathetic support.Requirements for SEN Teaching Assistant:

Previous experience as an SEN Teaching Assistant, particularly in a 1:1 role, is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive, patient, and empathetic approach to supporting SEN students.
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and contribute positively to the classroom environment.
