Contract: Full Time, Term Time Only
Start Date: September 2026 (with potential work available before September)
Pay: £93–£108 per day
Right Education is recruiting on behalf of a primary school in Sheffield for an experienced Early Years Teaching Assistant to join a nursery-based provision.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to play an important role in supporting their development during the earliest stages of education.
The school is looking for a caring, proactive and enthusiastic individual who can help create a positive learning environment where children feel safe, supported and ready to learn.
The Role
* Supporting children within a nursery and Early Years setting
* Leading small group activities and learning interventions
* Encouraging children's communication, confidence and independence
* Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development
* Helping to prepare engaging learning activities and classroom resources
* Working closely with teachers, support staff and families
* Contributing to a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has experience working as a Teaching Assistant, ideally within an Early Years setting
* Has a good understanding of child development and early learning
* Is patient, caring and able to build positive relationships with children
* Enjoys working as part of a team
* Has strong communication skills and a positive attitude
* Has relevant Early Years qualifications or training (beneficial but not essential)
