Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
Support teachers in delivering creative and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of primary school students.
Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that enhance learning and development.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment, ensuring that all students feel supported and valued.
Provide individual or small group support to students, particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Assist with classroom administration, lesson preparation, and interventions.
We're Looking For in a Teaching Assistant:
Experience working with young children, preferably within Early Years or Key Stage 1.
A patient and calm demeanor, with the ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to take initiative in supporting classroom activities.
Experience working with pupils with SEND, including Autism, Moderate Learning Difficulties, Social Emotional & Mental Health needs, Severe Learning Difficulties, and Speech Language & Communication needs.
