The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children or young people with SEND
Confident supporting pupils with complex needs, autism, challenging behaviour or learning difficulties
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable
Calm, patient and nurturing approach
Strong behaviour management and communication skills
Able to build positive relationships with pupils
Reliable, proactive and committed to supporting the wider school team
The Role
You will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide one-to-one and small-group support, helping pupils access learning, develop their independence and manage their behaviour and emotions.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced TA or Level 3 TA looking to develop their career within a specialist SEND setting.
