About the Role:

As a Teaching Assistant, your role will focus on providing specialised 1:1 support for pupil with complex needs in Key Stage 1.

Responsibilities:

Provide personalised 1:1 support to pupil with complex needs, ensuring they receive tailored educational and pastoral support.
Collaborate closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and support strategies effectively.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with complex needs, ideally within a school setting is preferred, not mandatory.
Understanding of Key Stage 1 curriculum and strategies to support learning and development.
Compassionate, patient, and resilient with a genuine passion for making a positive difference in children’s lives.
