The Role: As a Teaching Assistant at our Greenwich based school, you will:
Student Support: Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide individual or group support to students to enhance their learning experience.
Creative Learning: Help create and implement fun and interactive learning activities that make education enjoyable.
Classroom Management: Aid in managing classroom behaviour and ensure a positive and productive learning environment.
Resource Preparation: Prepare exciting learning materials and resources under the guidance of teachers.
Student Development: Support the social and emotional development of students, fostering a nurturing and encouraging environment.Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalized support to students with diverse learning needs.
Assist teachers with creative classroom activities and administrative tasks.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Encourage student participation and engagement in lessons.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensure they have access to the curriculum.Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people, preferably in an educational setting.
A genuine passion for education and helping students succeed.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
