Pay: £110-£120 per day
Start Date: November 2026
Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary

Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping primary school pupils build confidence and achieve their potential?

Long Term Futures is recruiting a Year 4 Teaching Assistant to provide general classroom support at a welcoming junior school in Crouch End, Haringey.
You'll work alongside the class teacher to support learning, encourage positive behaviour and help pupils make progress throughout the school day.
About the Role

Support teaching and learning in a Year 4 classroom
Work with individuals and small groups in English and Maths
Reinforce lesson objectives and help pupils stay engaged
Support pupils with different learning abilities
Encourage positive behaviour and classroom routines
Prepare learning resources and assist with classroom activities
Help pupils develop confidence and independenceIdeal Candidate

Previous primary school Teaching Assistant experience preferred
Confidence supporting pupils across KS2
Good understanding of primary English and Maths
Positive, patient and able to build strong relationships
