Location: Hammersmith & Fulham, W12 (commutable from Acton, White City, Hammersmith and Chiswick)
Pay: £110-£120 per day
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-time, long-term temporary

Are you a patient, enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who enjoys helping children with Autism build confidence and independence?

Long Term Futures is recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with Autism (ASD) at a welcoming primary school in Hammersmith & Fulham.
You'll help the pupil access classroom learning, develop positive relationships and feel confident throughout the school day.
About the Role

Provide consistent 1:1 support for a Year 2 pupil with ASD
Adapt classroom activities to suit individual learning needs
Use visual resources and clear, structured instructions
Support communication, social interaction and independence
Help with classroom routines and transitions
Encourage engagement in phonics, English and Maths
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCoIdeal Candidate

Previous experience supporting children with Autism (ASD)
Experience in a primary school, ideally KS1
Understanding of visual supports and autism-friendly strategies
Calm, patient and able to build trusting relationships
