Teaching Assistant — Birmingham area

Be part of the classroom, from the first instruction to the last small achievement.

Revolve Collective is recruiting Teaching Assistants interested in Birmingham primary school opportunities, including Catholic school settings in Shard End and Castle Bromwich.

You’ll work with the class teacher to support individuals and small groups, prepare resources and help children take part in lessons. Your contribution could be guiding a reading activity, checking instructions have been understood or helping pupils approach a task with more confidence.

The everyday work matters

Relevant experience includes:

Direct work with primary-aged children in a school, nursery, childcare or other suitable setting.

*

Helping children follow instructions, participate in activities and develop independence.

*

Working alongside others to support children’s learning or development.

*

An understanding of safeguarding and professional boundaries.

You’ll share useful observations, reinforce classroom routines and respect the ethos of the school where you’re placed. Include any relevant qualifications in your application.
