- Providing dedicated 1:1 support to pupils who need that extra helping hand
- Supporting children with SEND and additional needs
- Working across KS1 and KS2 classrooms
- Delivering small-group interventions to help children reach their potential
- Supporting phonics, literacy and numeracy
- Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence
- Working alongside teachers to create a positive, engaging learning environment
