Teaching Personnel are looking for a caring, reliable and committed Teaching Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school in Lymington, supporting students with Autism on a 1:1 basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working closely with young people and wants to make a real difference to a student's day-to-day experience in school. Previous experience working with children or young people, or experience within a school
A patient, caring and supportive approach
Someone who can build positive relationships with students
Good communication skills
Reliability and a genuine interest in supporting young people
A willingness to learn and develop your understanding of Autism
