We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate and resilient Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team in Bournemouth. This is an exciting opportunity to support children and young people with autism and additional learning needs, helping them to achieve their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

About the Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and specialist staff to provide individual and small-group support, helping pupils to develop academically, socially and emotionally. Every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact and help young people succeed.

Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential, as full training and ongoing professional development will be provided.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
