We are seeking a reliable and caring Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in the Staplehurst/Marden area on a full-time, long-term basis.

You will play an important role in supporting pupils with their learning, working alongside the class teacher and helping create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

The role will involve supporting children both individually and in small groups, encouraging their progress and helping them get the most from their time at school.

We are looking for someone that will be slightly flexible in working days, depending on the schools needs, with the view of taking on a long term placement within the school eventually.

Has previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting
Is patient, approachable and able to build positive relationships with pupils
Can confidently support children with a range of learning needs
Works well as part of a wider school team
Is dependable and professional
