Join GSL Education Lincolnshire as a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant at a welcoming school in Sleaford. This full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about supporting students' academic and personal growth.
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
Provide individualized support to students, particularly those with special educational needs (SEN).
Prepare and organize classroom materials.
Help maintain a safe and supportive classroom environment.
Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar educational role is beneficial.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
