Work collaboratively with teachers and wider support staff to deliver individualised support.

Deliver both one-to-one and small group interventions as required.

About You

Experience working with children who have SEMH needs, SEND or behaviours that require additional support.

A patient, resilient and nurturing approach.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ability to promote positive behaviour through consistency and encouragement.

A genuine commitment to helping children thrive both academically and emotionally.

Experience within an Enhanced Resource Base, specialist provision or SEMH setting would be advantageous, although applicants with relevant transferable experience are also encouraged to apply.
