What You'll Be Doing
As a Teaching Assistant, you may:
Support pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
Assist teachers with classroom activities and lesson delivery
Help create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Support literacy, numeracy, and classroom-based learning activities
Work alongside children within EYFS, Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
Gain experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
Encourage confidence, participation, and positive behaviour in the classroom
Who Would Be a Great Fit?
We're keen to hear from people who:
Have experience working with children, young people, or within educational settings
Have supported individuals with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or Special Educational Needs (SEN) (desirable but not essential)
Are caring, patient, and enthusiastic
Have strong communication and teamwork skills
Are eager to learn and develop within education
Bring transferable skills from childcare, coaching, youth work, care work, customer service, or community roles
