Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a secondary school?
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Hounslow. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact on their education.
The Role
Supporting students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups.
Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities.
Supporting students with additional learning needs where required.
Promoting positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and academic progress.
Building strong relationships with staff and students.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience working with children or young people.
Experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant, Mentor or Youth Worker is desirable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive, patient and proactive approach.
Strong behaviour management skills.
A genuine passion for education and supporting young people.
