Teaching Assistant Immediate Start Castle Bromwich

The school I am recruiting for are based in Castle Bromwich and are looking for an experienced specialist support assistant to work 1-1 with a child with undiagnosed ASD. This particular child needs a Teaching Assistant with a caring and approachable nature, who will take the time to build a bond with the child and assist with their educational development. This role is 3 days a week with immediate start.

Candidates will be required to have the following:
* NVQ Level 3
* A minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant within a primary setting
* Good oral, written and numeracy skills
* The ability to enthuse and inspire children
* A commitment to improving outcomes for all children
* The ability to work as part of a team
* Willingness to go that extra mile
