We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team as a teaching assistant. This full-time, long-term position starts in September 2024 and lasts until the end of the academic year. The pay ranges from £85.00 to £100.00 per day, depending on experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting the classroom teacher with lesson planning and delivery
Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups
Helping maintain a positive and safe learning environment
Ensuring all students have equal access to education and support in their learning and development
To be eligible for this role, you must have previous experience working with children and hold a DBS on the update service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, patience, empathy, and adaptability to different learning needs are essential.
