Provide one-on-one support to a Year 6 pupil with ADHD and emotional needs.
Implement strategies to manage and support the pupil's behaviour and emotional development.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to create a structured and supportive learning environment.
Assist the pupil with daily classroom activities, ensuring they remain focused and engaged.
Maintain a balanced approach, offering patience and support while setting clear boundaries to manage the pupil's mischievous behaviour.Teaching Assistant - Requirements:

Previous experience working with children with ADHD and emotional needs is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students with special needs.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
