This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified secondary school teaching assistant to start on a full-time basis in September. The successful application will be working across both Key Stage 3/ KS3 and Key Stage 4/ KS4, with exam preparation for GCSE’s. You will play a crucial role in supporting the teaching and learning process, working closely with both students and teachers to create a positive and engaging classroom environment.

The successful Teaching assistant will have:

Great communication and interpersonal skills are key, as you will be building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents/carers.
Recent experience working in a similar role within an educational setting is essential, with a genuine passion for supporting young people.
Adaptability, resilience, and a proactive attitude are essential attributes for success in this role.
