We believe in the power of education to transform lives and communities.Role Overview: As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-to-one support to students with SEND, both in the classroom and during extracurricular activities.
Assisting the class teacher in implementing individual education plans (IEPs) and adapting lesson materials to meet the diverse needs of students.
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
Collaborating with other members of the school community, including parents, carers, and external agencies, to ensure the holistic development of students with SEND.Requirements:

Previous experience working with students with SEND is essential.
A compassionate and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
