Are you an experienced and enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant (TA3) looking for your next opportunity in a welcoming Salford primary school?

Cover People are working in partnership with a friendly and supportive primary school in Salford who are seeking a dedicated TA3 with a recognised Early Years qualification to join their EYFS team from September 2026.

The Role

Supporting teaching and learning within the EYFS classroom
Delivering interventions and small-group activities
Assisting with phonics, early language development and numeracy
Supporting children with a range of needs and abilities
Creating a positive, engaging and nurturing learning environment
Working closely with class teachers and the wider EYFS team

Essential Requirements

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Previous experience working within an EYFS setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
Confident supporting children's learning through play
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
A positive, proactive and caring approach
