Provide one-on-one support to a Year 4 pupil with ASC.
Assist in implementing individualised education plans (IEPs) to support the pupil's learning and development.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Help the pupil with daily classroom activities, ensuring they are engaged and participating.
Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere to promote the pupil's social and academic growth.Teaching Assistant - Requirements:
Previous experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) is highly desirable.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to supporting students with special needs.
