The Role – Teaching Assistant
The position of the Teaching Assistant is for a charismatic and supportive TA with recent experience working in a primary school. As a Teaching Assistant, you will be working classroom and out of classroom-based working with groups of up to 5 lower ability students. As a TA, you will need experience supporting students under the KS2 curriculum and have a confidence to work with students on a group basis to assist their progression in class. As a Teaching Assistant, you will need a strong ability to build rapport with students and have a passion for working with students. To be considered for the role you must be available ASAP and have an enhanced DBS on the update service.
