Teaching Assistant (TA) - South East London
Remedy Education | £100-£117 per day
Remedy Education is looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Teaching Assistants to join schools across South East London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education who wants to support pupils in the classroom, encourage their development and help them reach their full potential.
The Role
Support the class teacher with daily lessons and classroom activities.
Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required.
Help pupils stay engaged, understand tasks and make progress with their learning.
Assist with preparing classroom resources and learning materials.
Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Support pupils' confidence, independence and social development.
The Ideal Candidate
Have previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.
Be patient, proactive and enthusiastic about supporting pupils.
Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
Be confident adapting support to meet different learning needs.
Be reliable, flexible and committed to safeguarding.
