Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire

Complete Classroom Services is working in partnership with primary schools across Stevenage. We are recruiting experienced Teaching Assistants and SEN Teaching Assistants who are looking for consistent, full-time work.
These roles offer the opportunity to support pupils across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Depending on your experience, you may provide general classroom support or work closely with children who have additional needs, including autism, ADHD, speech and language needs and social, emotional and mental health needs.
The role may include:
* Supporting pupils during lessons and classroom activities
* Providing one-to-one and small-group support
* Assisting children with special educational needs
* Delivering targeted learning interventions
* Supporting pupils’ emotional wellbeing and engagement
* Working closely with teachers and the school’s SEN team
* Helping to maintain a safe, positive and inclusive classroom
We are looking for candidates who:
* Have previous experience supporting children in a primary school or similar setting
* Can commit to full-time work, Monday to Friday
* Are confident supporting pupils with a range of learning needs
* Have a patient, caring and proactive approach
* Can build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
* Hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or are willing to apply for one
