Position: Primary School Teaching Assistant

Location: North East

Multiple opportunities available: Full time/Part time/Flexible

Key Responsibilities:

Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
Assist students with their learning, providing one-on-one support when needed.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Foster positive relationships with students, staff, and parents/guardians.
Assist with classroom management and behavior reinforcement.
Contribute to the planning and preparation of learning materials.
Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
A proactive and flexible approach to tasks and responsibilities.
Relevant qualifications or willingness to undergo training (e.g., Teaching Assistant qualification).
